And if you'd like us to pass certain callers on to you a or colleague on another number so you can speak to them personally, just let us know.
We'll get to know the questions your callers are likely to ask and can often provide an answer straight away. Where this isn't possible, we give them confidence and assurance that their call will be returned by the appropriate person - and when that's likely to be.
Short-term cover
Star 21 also offer short-term cover, for clients who have occassional needs for some extra help when they or their staff are away from the office. We can keep all your messages until you get back - or, alternatively, we can email, fax, text (or even post!) them through to you while you're away. Let us help when:
